TinyKin* Shows Flashing White Light during “Bloom” Effect

TinyKin* shows flashing white light in the entire screen when Bloom effect is enabled in graphics settings for Intel® Arc™ cards.
Disabling Bloom allows game to be played but results in wire-frames showing in objects.
This is a known issue on Intel® Arc™ A770 and A750 graphics card. Check back later.
