Ubuntu 20.04, Ubuntu 22.04

Description

  • Unable to SSH to Intel® Developer Cloud server using multiple IP addresses.
  • Unable to access the Intel® Developer Cloud server using HTTPS protocol.

Resolution

Submit a service request through Intel Customer Support to configure Intel® Developer Cloud server's firewall.
