Unable to Run the OpenVINO™ Tools in OpenVINO™ Runtime

Unable to find Model Optimizer in OpenVINO™ Runtime, ran the Model Downloader command and received the error message:

omz_downloader: command not found

OpenVINO™ Tools such as Model Optimizer and Model Downloader (omz_downloader) are not included in OpenVINO™ Runtime and are available in OpenVINO™ Development Tools.

Download OpenVINO™ Development Tools to use Model Downloader.
