Unstable Fan Speed in Acer BiFrost* A770

After updating the driver to version 31.0.101.4644 and getting the firmware updated to version 20.1064.0, some Acer BiFrost* A770 graphics cards are presenting an unstable behavior in the fan speed while idling, where the speed ramps up and down.
We've determined that the root cause of the issue is that Acer's fan table and the minimum PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) values are not aligned.
To fix this, each GPU vendor needs to align their fan table and Min PWM accordingly to make sure they don't target anything lower than the set Min PWM.
In the meantime, to prevent this from happening set the fan curve to 30% or higher in the fan control settings (either the Bifrost app or Intel Graphics Software).
