Description

Encountered error hen trying to log in through company or Microsoft sign-in screen: Your account or password is incorrect. If you don't remember your password, reset it now.

Resolution

As part of Multi-Factor Authentication, you will first be directed to your company sign-in screen. If your company hasn't configured a sign-in screen in Azure*, it will show a Microsoft sign-in screen. Once you have successfully authenticated at your company, you will be routed back to Intel for the secondary authentication method.

Contact your company IT department for resolution. 

If your IT department requires Intel assistance, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:

  • Email address used to login
  • Your IT department contact name, email, phone number
    • A convenient time to meet with your IT department
