Unable to Run Inferencing on GPU Even GPU Is Detected

• Installed OpenVINO™ on an old Windows® 10 version, Windows® 10 (RS1).
• GPU driver version 25.20.100.6373 was installed and GPU was detected but network failed to load to GPU plugin.
• Encountered error:
  OpenVINOException: cldnn program build failed! Program build failed(2_part_0)

Upgrade Windows* OS to a newer version, at least Windows® 10 (RS5). Hence, upgrade the GPU driver version to a later version, 31.0.101.2115.
