  • You can request the Intel® logo label for a self-built system with the Intel® Boxed Processor or for your laptop. 
  • The Intel® Inside logo label is provided inside each Intel® Boxed Processor at the time of purchase. The "peel-off and apply" label is adhered to the backside of the Warranty Booklet.

How do I order an Intel Processor Replacement Label?

IMPORTANT:

  • Intel can only issue One Label per Customer.
  • Intel cannot furnish label requests for Intel® Evo™/Intel vPro®, Intel® Iris® graphics, or Intel® Arc™ Graphics as this program does not cover them.
  • The Intel® Processor should be an active product and not a DISCONTINUED one to be eligible for a replacement. Check End of Interactive Support (EOIS) Processors
  • Provide proof of ownership/purchase (Invoice) for your Intel® processor. We need POP to ship a Replacement Label.
  • Download Complete System Information (SSU Log) and send it with your request
  • Add your complete shipping address in the correct Format1.

Start your request using the Support request for Intel® Processor Label Replacement. Follow the steps below:-

  1. Create an account if you are not already registered.
  2. Add the name of your Intel® processor in the Describe Your Issue box (shown below) along with full details of your request.
  3. Click Check for answers to move to the next step.
  4. Click Continue to request creation.
  5. Fill in the form and include Proof of Ownership or Purchase, such as an invoice, packing list, or receipt. A valid Proof of Purchase (Invoice/Receipt) is mandatory for Label Requests related to Refurbished or Second-Hand Laptops and Desktops.
  6. Include SSU Log. Here are the steps on How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Submit request.

You will receive a confirmation of your request in approximately 3-5 business days. Once our team has validated the proof of purchase you will receive notice of shipment and delivery of your Replacement Label. This process can take between 1-2 weeks from start to finish.
