How to Get an Extension for the Free Standard Tier Batch-Mode Service?

Unable to extend the reservation time for free standard tier batch-mode service in Scheduled access.

For the free standard tier batch-mode service to access SPR/PVC systems, the following rules apply for service reservations:

• The duration of a service reservation is 20 days.
• The user will receive an email notification when a reservation expires, which will remove the user account and associated local data.
• However, if a user has logged in during the last 4 days of the reservation at least once, the reservation period gets automatically extended for 10 more days (which will continue indefinitely).
