Can I use a generic or disposable email to enroll in Intel® Partner Alliance?
To enroll in the Intel® Partner Alliance program, users must provide a unique, company-specific email domain.
Generic, or "group" emails (such as rma@xxxxx.com, info@xxxxx.com. marketing@xxxxxx.com) are no longer supported, and you must register with a valid individual business email address - (such as firstnamelastname@companyname.com.)
Disposable email domains, while convenient, can unfortunately be leveraged for misuse, which can lead to potential issues such as impersonation and spam. To maintain the security and integrity of the Intel Partner Alliance, we no longer allow their use for program members.
Intel has also migrated to using Microsoft Azure* as our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution, and generic emails are generally not allowed for business-to-business users.
Email addresses from the following providers are not permitted:
Note |
This is not a complete list, only a sampling presented as an example of a "disposable" email. |
I previously had a disposable email address on my Intel Partner Alliance account, and now my account has been deactivated
Throughout 2023, partners who were still using a disposable email address were contacted and asked to provide a company-specific email domain.
If your account was deactivated, you will need to re-enroll for the program.
