Intel® Driver and Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) Does Not Respond When Clicked from System Tray Icon

Description

When clicking on check update from the Intel® DSA icon on the system tray, the application does not open up the browser to run the scan and show the available updates.

Resolution

Things to do when Intel® DSA is failing to open from the system tray:

  • Ensure you are using a supported browser (Firefox*, Chrome* or Edge)
  • Try initiating Intel® DSA fro the Windows start menu
