While trying to install version 7.12 of Intel® XTU, a Setup Fail error message appears.
Resolution
A Setup Fail error message shows up when trying to install the latest version of Intel® XTU.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Make sure your account has administrator rights.
- Right-click the installer file and select Run as administrator.
Intel® XTU should install without issues if you have administrative rights.
