Why Can't I See My Support Ticket in the Dashboard?

Description

Encountering the following scenarios when looking for my support ticket in my dashboard:

  • Support Ticket Portal Displaying Cases Not Owned by User.
  • My case does not appear in my Dashboard.
  • My Other Ticket is not Showing in my Dashboard.
  • Seeing Different Cases in Support Ticket Portal.

Resolution

Ensure your dashboard filter is set to All Time to display all tickets.

If the recommendation not work, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following information:

  • Screenshot of the support ticket page
  • Missing case number in the dashboard
  • Link/URL used to access the support ticket
