KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION Error When Using Intel® Arc™

Description

When using Intel Arc, KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION BSOD occurs.

Resolution

  1. Check if Windows* is fully updated.
    1. In the Windows search bar, search for Settings.
    2. At the bottom of the Settings menu, click Update and Security.
    3. Click Check for Updates to see if the computer is up to date.
    4. If there are updates available, download and install them.
  2. Check if Windows has no corruptions.
  3. Reseat the Graphics Card.
  4. Test Graphics card in a different slot in motherboard.
