Intel® Arc™ Control Compatibility with Intel 10th Generation Processors
Why is Intel Arc Control not supported on Intel 10th Generation Processor platform even though Intel Arc GPU is compatible with 10th Generation Processors?
Intel moved 7th- through 10th-Generation Intel® Processor Graphics (and related Intel Atom®, Pentium®, and Celeron® processor graphics) to a legacy software support model. Intel will only provide software support for affected products on critical fixes and security vulnerabilities.
Intel Arc Control panel is bundled with drivers for 11th Generation Processor and newer platforms, so it is possible to use the Intel Arc Control panel only if you have 11th Generation Processor or newer platform or Intel Arc Graphics in your system.
