Description

System freezes and crashes if HDMI port on card is used

Resolution

  1. Check the other display ports if the issue is present.
  2. Make sure that the motherboard BIOS is updated to the latest version. Contact your motherboard manufacturer for instructions.

If after updating your BIOS you still experience this issue, download and install Intel Management Engine Drivers.
