Unable to Get Open Model Zoo (OMZ) Tools after Building OpenVINO™ from Source

• Built OpenVINO™ from the source
• Downloaded OMZ tools using pip: pip install omz-tools
• Encountered error: ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement omz-tools (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for omz-tools

There are 2 ways to obtain the OMZ tools:

1. Through PyPI OV installation ( together with the OpenVINO™ environment)
2. Clone the OMZ from the official OpenVINO™ GitHub* repo & build the tool from the source.
