Cursor lag/stutter when using Adobe Photoshop liquid tool with Intel® Arc™ Graphics.

Resolution

This issue is also observed on graphics cards from other manufacturers. Contact Adobe Help Center for assistance.

Disabling global vertical sync partially helps with this issue.
