Poor Graphics Performance in Steel Division 2* on Intel® Arc™ Graphics

Steel Division 2* has very poor framerates (< 10 FPS) in systems with Intel® Arc™ Graphics. When zooming in or out, some areas in the map may flicker.
This is a known issue on Intel Arc A-Series GPUs. Check back later.
