Poor Graphics Performance in Steel Division 2* on Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics

Steel Division 2* has very poor framerates (< 10 FPS) in systems with Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics. When zooming in or out, some areas in the map may flicker.
