How to Get Log Files for Intel® Arc™ Control Logs

Intel Arc Control

Description

You may want to extract these logs whenever you encounter an issue with your Intel® Arc™ product.
Intel Customer Support may also request these logs for further investigations.

Resolution

The logs are located in the following path: C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Intel\IGN\logs

Note<Username> is the user account name from Windows.

If the folders are not visible, it's possible that hidden folders are not listed. In order to make hidden folders visible perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the File Explorer Options by searching (press Windows button and start typing) for it in your system
  2. Go to the View tab
  3. In the Hidden files and folders section select Show hidden files, folders and drivers
  4. Press OK.
NoteIntel Arc Control needs to be installed in your system in order to extract the logs.
