Description

Intel® NUC P14E Laptop Element - CMCN1CC (Previously Camden County) with Gen 12 compute element display fails to work after updating the graphics driver version 31.0.101.3959.

Resolution

NoteBefore starting the below procedure, download Reg_edit_3959.zip to a USB drive.
  1. Power On the Camden County laptop.
  2. During boot, press F8. 
  3. Select Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Startup Settings -> Restart.
  4. During boot, press 4 to enter safe mode.
  5. Extract Reg_edit_3959.zip from the USB drive to the local drive.
  6. Double-click Reg_edit_3959.reg
  7. Restart
