Unable to log into the Azure* Portal due to unauthorized access.

Encountered this error when logging in to my account: Your account is temporarily locked to prevent unauthorized use. Try again later, and if you still have trouble, contact your admin.

Resolution

If your account is temporarily locked, it usually means Microsoft has detected unusual activity or multiple failed sign-in attempts, and has locked the account to protect it from unauthorized access.

  • Contact your company IT, since Intel has no control over your company system.
  • Contact the Microsoft Support Team.
