How to Perform a Clean Installation of Audio Drivers for an Intel® NUC M15 Laptop Kit in Windows*

Audio and Microphone issues:

• Speaker breaks up
• Audio with static
• Microphone not working
• Cannot hear well without a headset
• Microphone sound static

To do the Clean Installation of these drivers, follow the next steps:

1. Download and extract the Driver Pack for the Intel® NUC M15 Laptop Kit - LAPRC710 & LAPRC510.
2. Turn Off Wi-Fi.
3. Uninstall all Audio drivers from Intel® Smart Sound Technology (SST).
4. Restart your system.
5. Open the extracted file that was downloaded.
6. Open the Audio_Package - 1.5 the compressed file that was downloaded.
7. Right-click InstallPackage.bat, and select Run as administrator.
8. Restart your System.

If these steps don't work, try performing a clean installation of Windows. If this fails, contact Intel Customer Support.
