Unable to undervolt a locked (non-K) processor.
Intel® does not provide undervolting controls/software/tools for locked non-K processors.
Altering clock frequency or voltage may void any product warranties and reduce stability, security, performance, and life of the processor and other components. Check with system and component manufacturers for details. Technology may enable Intel to detect alteration of clock frequency or voltage during issue investigations. System manufacturers set the undervolt options in BIOS. If options in BIOS are not available, contact your system manufacturer or motherboard vendor.
