Description

The GPUs LED lights are turning on but the fans aren't spinning.

The system keeps turning on and off, and nothing is appearing on the monitor.

Steps to Fix the issue:

Reseat the Intel® Arc™ Graphics and make sure all components (memory, storage device processor, processor cooler) are properly seated.
