Description

When trying to launch the EA Desktop Launcher, it will not open and a pop-up message related to the app being blocked by the graphics driver will show up.

Resolution

Uninstall the app from the system:

Go to Settings > Apps -> Installed apps
Look for EA Desktop Launcher.
Click on uninstall.

Reinstall the latest version of the EA Desktop Launcher. Visit the Official EA Website for instructions and download.
