Description

Unable to get the correct VRAM (Video Random-Access Memory) specification on Intel® Arc™ A750/A770 Graphics when using GPU-Z to check the graphics card information.

Resolution

Perform a clean installation of Intel Arc driver version 31.0.101.4146 or newer to resolve the issue.

If the problem persists, contact Intel Customer Support.
