Description
Unable to downgrade drivers on the Intel® Arc™.
Resolution
- Open Download Center in your browser.
- Under Select Your Product, click Graphics.
- A list will show up with available driver for graphics, click Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*.
- Select the preferred driver version for your device on dropdown menu just below the name of the device and the label Version.
- Under Available Downloads, click the Download button to download the driver.
- Perform a clean installation of the driver.
