Summary

Steps to follow to resolve game crashing issue with Football Manager*

Description

OEM laptop advised driver update for game Football Manager, but it doesn't resolve the issue.

Resolution
  1. Check if the current driver version in your system is older than the most recent driver version available in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) support website. Some OEMs can have old driver versions, like 26.20.100.7372 as their latest.
  2. If OEMs version is newer than your system's, download it and install it.
  3. Reboot system.
  4. Test game and monitor system performance.
  5. If issue still persist download Intel® 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics driver version 31.0.101.2121 or newer.
  6. Do not apply clean install, since it was an OEM system unit.
  7. Once installation was complete, reboot the unit.
  8. If Issue persists after testing both drivers from Intel and OEM original driver, contact OEM to have the unit tested.
