Language Update for the Online Service Center

In today's global economy, providing support in multiple languages is a critical component of any business. However, as businesses grow and evolve, it is often necessary to re-evaluate the number of languages supported in order to optimize resources and improve the quality of support offered. At Intel, we have recently made the decision to reduce the number of languages supported on our support site.

Why is Intel no longer supporting my local language via the Online Service Center? Intel is re-evaluating the number of languages supported in order to optimize resources and improve the quality of support offered.
Which languages are impacted? Russian, Thai, Turkish, Indonesian (Bahasa), Italian, Vietnamese.
What will be the impact on the Online Service Center?

The interface for those impacted languages will be in English.
Customers can choose to continue in English or choose to either select from one of the supported languages:

Chinese

German

Japanese

Spanish

French

Korean

Portuguese

or use a browser translation service to view the interface in their chosen language.
When will the Online Service Center stop providing local language support in the impacted languages?

March 26th, 2023

Will Intel continue to provide localized responses via the Online Service Center on the impacted Languages?As of August 14th, 2023, Interactive support (Chat, Phone, Cases) will not be provided in the impacted languages. Support will be provided in English.
