Can I Request Removal of the Signature Requirement for Items I Receive from the Intel® Retail Edge Program?

  • Unable to receive package from the Intel® Retail Edge Program due to signature requirement
  • Unable to determine if signature requirement can be removed for packages sent by the Intel® Retail Edge Program

Resolution

The signature requirement for receiving a package is a prerequisite from the couriers, so the program has no control over this.

If an item was sent back to Intel due to unsuccessful delivery, contact Intel Customer Support and provide your preferred shipping address.
