Description

The system halted before it posted BIOS screen, and the error message displayed in the top left corner:

Nmi activated – system halted.

Resolution

This issue may occur when using noncertified compatible drive(s).

It is always recommended to use certified compatible drives, and these can be found for the Intel® Server System M50CYP2UR208 here:
