System Intel® Server System M50CYP2UR208 Freezes While Booting with the Message “Nmi Activated – System Halted.”

The system halted before it posted BIOS screen, and the error message displayed in the top left corner:
Nmi activated – system halted.
This issue may occur when using noncertified compatible drive(s).
