Recommendations to solve crashes and overlay using Asus Armory Crate app.
Description
- Cannot access the Overlay or Intel® Arc™ Control after removing all the old drivers from the previous hardware.
- Regularly getting crashing issue whilst playing games.
- Screen goes completely black, flickers and then completely black again.
- After downloading the latest Intel Arc A770 driver, my screen did not stop freezing.
- Arc Control does not open, and the telemetry window cannot display any data.
Resolution
- Verify all Drivers are up-to-date. The Intel® Driver & Support Assistant can help to update Intel drivers.
- Perform a Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows.
- Uninstall and Reinstall the Intel® Arc™ Control.
- Perform a Windows Repair.
