Steps to fix an issue in which the game will not start
Description
When disabling full-screen optimizations on League of Legends* while using Intel® Arc™ Graphics, a reconnection issue will happen, resulting in the game being unable to start.
Resolution
A fix for this issue was included in the Intel graphics driver version 31.0.101.4369 and newer.
