Description

The color of the screen display is set in IGCC, however, the color of the screen changes after the computer restarts

In addition, when using AC power and using batteries, even if the color tone value is set the same, the actual colors displayed also vary greatly.

Resolution

  1. Select the Start button, then enter settings. Select Settings > System > Display.
  2. Click Windows HD Color setting
  3. Turn on Play HDR games and apps.

If the phenomenon does not improve, it may be a problem with the manufacturer's firmware, and it is recommended to contact the manufacturer.

On Asus Zenbook UX481FLY_UX481FL machines:

  • Open services.msc
  • Look for the Asus Optimization service
  • Disable and Stop running the service
  • Restart the PC
