Unable To Increase the Native Resolution of My Laptop to More Than 1360x768

Environment

Windows 11* Family, Windows® 10 family

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Summary

What is the native resolution or optimal resolution for my display?

Description

Can't increase the resolution beyond a certain level.

Resolution

An OEM built-in display may be unable to change the resolution above a certain point because that level is the laptop's native resolution.

Refer to the Technical Specifications of your Laptop to determine the highest resolution it supports.

To get higher resolutions than the one supported by the laptop's panel, try using an External Monitor through the HDMI, DisplayPort, or other high resolution enabled port.

NoteConsider the maximum supported resolution of the laptop and integrated graphics of the Intel® Processor.
