Can't increase the resolution beyond a certain level.
An OEM built-in display may be unable to change the resolution above a certain point because that level is the laptop's native resolution.
Refer to the Technical Specifications of your Laptop to determine the highest resolution it supports.
To get higher resolutions than the one supported by the laptop's panel, try using an External Monitor through the HDMI, DisplayPort, or other high resolution enabled port.
