X-plane 12* Cannot Start on Intel® Graphics

When trying to open X-plane 12* the following error will come up and the game does not run and returns the following:
X-Plane failed to initialize Vulkan and can't run.
Your graphics card or drivers cannot run X-Plane, because they don't support one or more required features. Please try Updating your graphics drivers.

This has been fixed in the X-Plane 12 Beta version 12.1.0. Update to this beta. Note that the fix is not available in the public version of X-Plane 12.
Also, install Arc Graphics driver 101.5186 or newer to get the latest driver performance improvements for X-Plane 12.
