Chips do not expire as long as the member is actively participating in the program. Members only lose their chips when it resets to zero due to the account's inactivity.
If a Member has not successfully completed a training in the previous 180 days, they are considered inactive and their Chip balance will be reset to zero. The Member’s Account will remain inactive until the Member completes a training.
Reactivation and the restoring of Chips is done solely at the Sponsor’s discretion on a case-by-case basis by contacting Program Support.
