How Do I Request a Copy of the Corrected 1099-MISC Form?

• Did not receive the corrected 1099-MISC Form
• Unable to determine when the corrected tax document will arrive
• Questions regarding details of the 1099 tax form

The corrected 1099-MISC Form will be sent within two weeks beginning the first month of the year. If two weeks have passed and the tax document did not arrive, contact Intel Customer Support to request a copy.

Tax forms are sent via Mailed First-Class USPS to the mailing address on file. Delivery times may vary depending on the local postal service in your area.

Please note that storefront purchases are not included in your taxable income, as they were made using credits earned from the program. Additionally, for any total amount of prizes or winnings below $600 does not need to be reported on a 1099 form.
