Description

Encountered the error Device operation failed, make sure you are connected to VPN, error code -17 when trying to start Capture or start Highlight from Intel® Arc™ Control Panel.

Resolution

This issue is resolved with Intel® Arc™ Control version 1.70.5084.2 released with the latest Intel® Arc™ Graphics Driver.

Download and install the latest Intel® Arc™ Graphics Driver.
