Explains why the completed training is not reflecting on the monthly status level requirements.

Description

Started the training last minute of January, however, after the completion, it reflects on the month of February.

Resolution

The training will reflect on the exact time it was completed. If it was completed beyond the last minute of the month it will reflect on the upcoming month.

This is also based on the Terms and Condition wherein new monthly activity requirements will begin on the first day of each month at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time
