Is It Necessary to Remove the Intel® Trusted Platform Module (Intel® TPM) of the D50TNP before Returning It?

Description

The replacement server board arrived after processing a warranty claim, but it does not have an Intel® TPM, and the defective board has one.

Resolution

The Trusted Platform Module is listed as an accessory for the D50TNP, and the module must be removed from the server board before returning it to Intel. After the replacement board after it is received, customer can install on the new board.

If the defective board has already been sent to Intel with the TPM, please contact customer support as soon as possible.
