How to Report Lost Order or Prize from the Intel® Retail Edge Program

Description

  • Did not receive the order or prize after being shipped out
  • Item was declared "lost" while shipping to someone else
  • Package was signed by someone else

Resolution

For any item that was declared lost after being successfully shipped out, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:

  • Name of item that was declared lost
  • Date when the item was ordered or won
  • Order or Prize win confirmation email
