How to Report Orders or Prizes Not Yet Received from the Intel® Retail Edge Program

Description

  • Did not receive the order or prize after it was shipped.
  • Item was declared "lost" while shipping to someone else.
  • Package was signed by someone else.

Resolution

For any orders or prizes you haven’t received after they were shipped, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:

  • Name of item 
  • Date when the item was ordered or won
  • Order or Prize confirmation email
