Why Do I Encounter “Let’s Get You into the Program!” When Trying to Log Into Intel® Partner Alliance?

Description

  • Unable to access the Intel® Partner Alliance Dashboard or Manage Benefits.
  • Keeps redirecting to the "Let's get you into the Program!" page when trying to log in at Intel® Partner Alliance.

Resolution

If you encountered the message  "Let's get you into the Program!", make sure that you are using the email address and/or login ID associated with your Intel Partner Alliance account.

Try the general troubleshooting steps below:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. (If possible, reboot your PC.)
  • Open the link in your browser without opening any other tab.
  • Open the link in a different browser, such as Edge* or Internet Explorer*.
  • Close other apps on your computer, then try to open the link in Chrome* Incognito mode.

If issue persists, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:

  • Login ID or email address
  • URL/Link used
