Error Message: “Verify Your Email Address” When Trying to Log In to My Intel Account

Description

Unable to log in and asked to verify email address, but verification link is no longer valid.

Resolution

The verification of your email address has expired after the inactivity of your account for 180 days. To verify again your email address, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the confirm button.
  2. An email verification will be sent to the email address provided. Allow 5-10 minutes for the email to arrive. Check your spam/junk folder.
  3. Once the email address is verified and the password has been set, try to log in again.
