How Do I Claim a Prize through the “My Profile Dashboard” Page on the Intel® Retail Edge Program?

• Prize won is not visible on the prize portal page.
• Unable to claim prize through the email notification receive.

The steps show how to claim a prize through My Profile Dashboard page:

1. Log in to the Intel® Retail Edge Program website.
2. Click the dropdown menu button (three lines) at the upper-right side of the page.
3. Under the My Profile category, select My Profile Dashboard.
4. Scroll down to My Rewards.
5. Look for the rewards to claim. then click and follow the Redemption Instructions link.
