  • Need to address or clarify a concern with expired gift card received from Intel® Retail Edge Program.
  • Gift card being invalid during redemption at the merchant

Resolution

For any issues concerning any gift card received from Intel® Retail Edge Program, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:

  • Name of the gift card won
  • Email address associated with the account where the gift card was won
