Description
If the Keyboard Profile is set to Custom Profile in Intel® NUC Software Studio (Intel NSS), after performing a cold boot (cold boot means the device is off before booting), the keyboard LED backlight will not turn on.
Resolution
There is not enough memory inside the LED chip to remember the color setting information of each of the 104 keys that could be set differently.
For the keyboard LED backlight to work during cold boot, change the Keyboard Profile to Default Profile.
