Description

High GPU usage while running Zoom applications. When the GPU reaches 100% the laptop responds poorly.

Check minimum requirements on Zoom System Requirements.
Uninstall and Reinstall Zoom.
Update the graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4369 or newer. Following the steps on How to Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 11.
Update BIOS to the latest version.
Update Windows to the latest version.
