Resolution
Each store item has different requirements for purchase. While some items require a certain status level, some items require finishing specific training courses.
To know how to purchase a specific item, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Intel® Retail Edge website.
- At the upper-right side of the page, click the hamburger menu (three lines).
- Under the Rewards category, select Store.
- Select the desired item for purchase to view the details and limitations.
