Unable to receive an email notification from Credly after completing a course

Resolution

This is because your Credly profile is set up automatically to accept the badge. Partners can check and verify this by logging in to their Credly account.

If you have completed a course and the competency badge is not found on your Credly account, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following.

  • Screenshot of the completed competency course(s).
  • Date of when the course(s) was completed.
